How does it work?

In the city of Vitebsk (square KO55CE by QTH-locator) equipment has been installed around the clock to control the receiver signal path to the Internet and scan the amateur bands. The receiving part is based on the receiver Degen-1103 on the block diagram below: Scanning is also built on part of the Degen-1103. In operation, the frequency of the receiver is constantly changing in their respective amateur bands (160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 bands), and ADC simultaneously controlled by the controller output level low. Data is then transmitted to the measurement to be stored on the server. One scanning cycle is ~ 3 minutes.
